Two of my biggest idols in a single photo.
I think they would make a good couple.
Sue me.
No dissent here although I wish Hello Giggles wasn’t so advertiser driven for the same reason I would try and steer my children away from cable TV. We are paying for services and then have to be bombarded with messages to buy this, buy that. The last thing we need is another generation driven by escapism and the desire to consume, consume, consume. What I appreciate is the focus on friendships and lack of sexually charged content. Zooey seems like a nice enough person but sorry girls (and guys) she kind of has a big leg up having been raised in LA. She’s certainly talented but any more so than some of the people that go through Second City on a yearly basis? Tough to say, I’m just trying to encourage us to ask ourselves why we idolize who we idolize. They sure do look cute though and probably sound good together too.

John Mayer showed up to sing at Moonsplash with Bankie Banx in Anguilla Fri. 3-18-11.

Oh my fucking god! What a performance. A bit short but steadily solid throughout. Does that sound perverted?
If you wanna be free you’ve gotta go it alone and if you wanna go home you’ve gotta build your own,
Cuz you’ll never find what you’re looking for til you open the door to the sweet unknown.

To all my friends who would love to see John play in this kind of environment, may your time come soon. Happy New Year!
There, she said it. So sue me! ’Tis true.
Sexy ass

To have been there last night….John Mayer sits in with Chris and his band at NY’s famous jazz club, The Blue Note.

Were you celebrating global orgasm for peace day, the solstice, both maybe? Anyone else feel exhausted, yet invigorated at the same time? Great to see you’re out there playing music in public again.
John Mayer is my hero & biggest inspiration.
